Terms of Service

1. The service

TELLIIANO AI provides a software platform for business operations, including AI-assisted guest communication, task management, and analytics. The service is provided on a subscription basis to organizations (“Customers”) and their authorized users.

2. Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Organization owners control membership, roles, and data within their organization workspace.

3. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you upload. We process it only to provide the service. Your data is isolated to your organization and is not used to train models for other customers.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated responses are produced automatically from your configured knowledge and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing configurations, escalation rules, and any AI output you approve for guest-facing use.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to violate law, infringe rights, send spam, or attempt to access another customer's data.

6. Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance via Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice.

7. Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon termination we will make your data available for export for 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
